You will fall in love with making food once you discover the simple art of making sheet pan dinners. They are another what I will call “lazy-man’s-dinner”.

All you do is throw your ingredients in with your favorite spices and seasonings on a pan and into the oven and ‘bam!’, you have a flavorful meal.

You can make gluten-free, low-carb, or veggie meals or jump right into more meaty, healthy good fatty meals. Whatever your food is fancy, you can definitely make a pan dinner out of it.

You can be as simple with 2-3 ingredients or make a fabulous creation with more ingredients.

There are no right or wrong ingredients as long as it is tasty and delicious.
